The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and LITTLE OLIVE. By visiting www.littleolivebaby.com, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL CODES T&C's

All our promotional codes are valid for a limit period of time. Codes are limited to one per person, per order and not valid with other promotional offers.

SALE

Our commercial promotions that offer a unique promo code, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Our Sale period will only run for a limited amount of time. The Delivery & Returns Conditions for sale can be found on our DELIVERY & RETURNS.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

All orders placed from our website, www.littleolivebaby.com, will be shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain. Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched on the same day that the order is placed between Monday – Friday before 12pm GMT. IF for any reason an item is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possible via email.

Love and care goes into every LITTLE OLIVE garment, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund according to the established Law 7/1996 regarding Retail Commerce, that establish 30 days (including weekends and bank holidays) for returning the merchandise from the date of receiving the order. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.

RETURNS

To return your product, please contact hello@littleolivebaby.com indicating the following: order number, the intention to return the item & the reason why. You will receive an email with the address where to send the item.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LITTLE OLIVE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days for national orders and up to 10 working days for International orders, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

Be aware that LITTLE OLIVE, DOES NOT accept exchanges. In order to get the right item you will need to make a new purchase , and return the unwanted one.

At LITTLE OLIVE we always take your privacy very seriously and never gives your details to any external third party and has a strict zero spam policy. It is important that you read and understand the privacy policy as it will explain what personal information we collect from you and why we do this.

Visitors and customers of the www.littleolivebaby.com site have a right, at any time, to access, modify, correct, and suppress any of their data, which relate to them.
